Cassandra Cyr

Owner/Operations Manager/BCBA, LBA

With over 15 years of experience working with the Early Childhood population, Cassandra has Master's Degree's in Early Childhood/Special Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis. With a passion for providing unique and individualized education and programming, Cassandra completed her BCBA in order to share that passion and desire with not only her clients but also her staff and families. Cassandra hopes that Center for Autism Therapy LLC will be the stepping stone into a world of empowerment and growth for all who are a part of the family and their communities.

Kinga Chute

Behavior Therapist

Kinga is one of our full-time behavior therapists. Kinga has a background with the early childhood population and her experience is working with the early elementary school age. Her passion is working with children on the Autism Spectrum and believes that ABA therapy is a wonderful tool that helps children learn to communicate, supports in behaviors and increases social skills. Kinga is very caring with a nurturing personality and says she loves how rewarding her job is. She's fluent in both Polish and English and in her spare time she loves spending time with her three kids, husband and mom. She loves going fishing with her husband, cooking with her son and shopping with her two girls. She also enjoys having her own garden and growing organic veggies that she learned from her mom.

Sierra Chamberland

Behavior Therapist

Sierra is one of our full-time behavioral therapists. Sierra has an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and has previously worked as a preschool teacher for several years. Sierra has always had a passion to work with children and grew up loving to babysit and support in her churches nursery. She loves to watch them grow and learn new things every day! Sierra loves that ABA therapy helps children to grow in their social skills and learn ways to communicate what they need. Sierra is a very caring person and finds that working with children on the spectrum and watching their growth is very rewarding. In her spare time she enjoys camping, cooking, Shopping and spending a lot of time playing with her Big German shepherd in the backyard.

Yolanda Welcome

Behavior Therapist

Yolanda is one of our full-time behavior therapists. Yolanda has a background in customer service and retail and her passion for serving others is what sparked her career change to ABA. Yolanda is a mother of 5 beautiful children ranging in age from 13 to 28. Yolanda’s youngest was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. They started services with Birth to Three and then began an amazing journey with ABA services. Yolanda can testify first hand that seeking services early can have an incredible impact on the success of any child. As a former homeschool momma, Yolanda’s passion for teaching and her positive outlook and love for play makes children feel safe and cared for. In her spare time, Yolanda enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and playing games with her children. She also loves riding her bike, working out, traveling and stays very active in the community.

Kaylee Gridley

Behavior Therapist

Kaylee is one of our full-time behavior therapists. Kaylee has recently begun her journey in the field of Early Childhood. She has 1 year of experience working with preschool age children and has now ventured into the field of ABA. Kaylee finds that working with children is enjoyable and loves to see their natural personalities flourish. She also loves being able to leave a lasting impact on their lives. Kaylee loves to see ABA used as a tool to support a child's behaviors and grow their social skills and individuality. Kaylee hopes to continue her work in ABA to instill life long growth and see the personalities of her client's soar. In her spare time, Kaylee loves to go to the beach, spend time with her family and dog, going shopping and volunteering for local dog shelters.

Emilia Januszek

Emilia is one of our full-time behavior therapists. Emilia is beginning her journey in the field of Early Childhood and is currently working on her degree in the field. Emilia finds that working with children is therapeutic and fascinating. She loves coming to work and never fails to leave with giggles and smiles! Emilia is very excited to grow in the field of ABA and hopes to change the lives of as many children and families as she can. In her spare time, Emilia loves to go to the gym, read a good book and thrift shop. She also loves to spend time with her kitty Bagel.
